• PILLOW TYPE UNIT

This type of bearing unit is equivalent to the combination of a widely used plumber block and an automatic self-aligning bearing. Fitting to a shaft can be done easily, simply by fastening ball-point set screws. This type is most widely used in transmission mechanisms, general machinery and similar. Designation: UCP, UKP, UELP

• SQUARE FLANGE TYPE UNIT

This square shaped bearing housing can be mounted on the side walls of machinery and similar using four bolts. The construction around the bearing is simple and mounting is easy. This is the most widely used flange type.Designation: UCF, UKF, UELF

• TAKE UP TYPE UNIT

This type has a slide groove in the bearing housing that allows the bearing housing to be freely moved. It is used in locations where between-shaft distance must be adjusted. There is no problem even if the shaft center is moved during rotation, so this type is suitable for sprocket shafts for chains and similar. Deisgnation: UCT, UKT, UELT

• RHOMBUS FLANGE TYPE UNIT

This bearing housing is rhombus shaped and is designed to enable mounting with two bolts. Multiple bearings can be mounted in a line where space is cramped, making this type suitable for locations such as conveyors where the bearing unit mounting pitch is limited. Designation: UCFL, UKFL, UELFL

• ROUND FLANGE TYPE UNIT

This type fits into a frame and has a cylindrical spigot joint on the mounting side of a square bearing housing. It allows accurate positioning with low eccentricity during mounting and is suitable for drum pulleys and similar.Designation: UCFC, UKFC, UELFC

• HANGER TYPE UNI

This type is designed by minimizing the cross-sectional area in the direction vertical to the shaft, making the unit suitable for intermediate bearings in screw conveyors. It is mounted by suspending from a pipe or similar screwed into the hole provided on one side. Designation: UCHB, UKHB

• RATIONAL SELF ALIGNING MECHANISM

FYH Ball Bearing Units have the special ability to self align inside the housing because of the spherical shape of the outer diameter of the bearing insert and the concave shape of the inner diameter of the housing into which it fits. This design allows the bearing unit to self-adjust for shaft deviation and thereby eliminate abnormal bearing load.

• SUPERIOR SEALING PERFORMANCE

FYH Ball Bearing Units efficiently prevent grease from leaking out of the interior of the bearing, and perform extremely well at keeping contaminates, such as dust and water, from entering. This is achieved by installing the seal to the outer ring of the bearing and installing the slinger to the inner ring of the bearing.

• SIMPLE LUBRICATION

FYH Ball Bearing Units are tapped to accept a grease nipple which is also supplied with every mounted unit. Bearings are pre-lubricated at the factory and do not require additional grease upon installation. When operating in excessively moist, dusty, or hot environments it is recommended that grease be supplied at regular intervals.

• HIGHLY RIGID AND RUGGED CAST IRON HOUSINGS

FYH Ball Bearing Units housings are designed so that they are optimized for reduction of deformation due to centralization of stress and load. Only the best material is selected to be cast by a highly advanced technique or press working technique, depending on the housing. A special baked on coating helps resist corrosion and protect the surface of the housing for an extended period of time.

• SIMPLE INSTALLATION AND HANDLING

FYH Ball Bearing Units interchange with many different models and can be bolted to machinery without any modification. The exact amount of clearance is allowed between the bore and the shaft to allow a perfect fit.
